Our tenants called us with slow draining sinks. So we called our old reliable Cobra Rooter which we have used for years, but found Bob had retired and sold his business to E-Drains. Slab leaks in older Rancho Bernardo and Poway homes. Many homes built in the 1970s and 1980s were plumbed with copper running through the slab, which is now reaching the end of its service life. Pinhole leaks under the slab are one of the most common emergency calls we get from 92128 and 92064.
