Pipe lining is a trenchless way to repair cracked, leaking, or root-damaged sewer pipes without full excavation. Instead of replacing the entire line, we install a durable, seamless liner inside your existing pipe — basically a “pipe within a pipe.”
It’s a smart option when the pipe is damaged but not fully collapsed. We start with a camera inspection, clean and prep the line (often with hydro jetting), install the liner, cure it in place, and verify everything with a final camera pass.
We inspect the line with a drain camera to find cracks, offsets, corrosion, or root intrusion and confirm pipe lining is a good fit.
A liner won’t bond to grime. We clean the pipe thoroughly — often using hydro jetting or pipe descaling — to remove roots, scale, sludge, and buildup.
We insert a resin-saturated liner through an access point and position it through the damaged section of pipe.
The liner is expanded and cured in place, hardening into a rigid, seamless new pipe inside the old one — sealing cracks and preventing leaks.
We run the camera again to confirm a smooth finish and restored flow, so you’re not guessing about what got fixed.
In many cases, pipe lining avoids major digging through landscaping, concrete, or driveways — and creates a durable solution built to last.
Edy came to my house to diagnose a backup in the pipe leading to the sewer in my front yard. Edy was very professional, courteous, and just a nice guy. He encouraged me to watch the process, showing me the root growth that was the problem on his video feed. I was impressed with the equipment that he brought and it seemed like he enjoyed teaching me how it all worked. Thanks Edy!

Pipe lining is a trenchless sewer repair method that creates a new, seamless pipe inside your existing one. It seals cracks, gaps, and minor damage without digging up your yard or driveway.
Pipe lining works best when the pipe is damaged (cracks, leaks, corrosion, roots) but still has enough structure to hold the liner. If a pipe is fully collapsed, excavation and replacement may be needed.
Yes. The pipe must be cleaned so the liner can bond properly. We typically prep the line using hydro jetting and, for cast iron, may recommend pipe descaling.
We verify it with a final camera inspection after curing. You’ll be able to see the finished interior and confirm the pipe is sealed and flowing correctly.
Not sure if your line needs replacement or can be repaired trenchless? Start with a camera inspection. We’ll show you exactly what’s happening inside the pipe and recommend the smartest fix — including pipe lining when it makes sense.
