Full-Time Plumber (San Diego County)
Summary:
E-Drains is looking for a skilled, dependable plumber to join our team full-time. This in-person role covers a mix of commercial and residential work across San Diego County, with a strong focus on servicing multi-unit properties and supporting property managers. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of plumbing experience, a clean driving record, and brings their own set of hand tools. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to solve problems the right way—no shortcuts.
This role requires Saturday availability and offers competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for commercial buildings, multi-unit properties, and residential clients
- Handle tasks such as drain cleaning, sewer line issues, water heater repairs, and general plumbing troubleshooting
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, clients, tenants, and property managers
- Maintain accurate job notes using company systems (training provided)
- Keep work vehicle and tools clean, stocked, and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and comply with local plumbing codes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing (commercial and multi-unit experience strongly preferred)
- Own standard plumbing hand tools
- Clean driving record and valid California driver’s license
- Available to work full-time, including Saturdays
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
Compensation:
- $35/hour starting wage (higher depending on experience)
- Opportunities for advancement and added responsibility
Schedule:
- Full-time (Saturday availability required)
- Occasional after-hours/emergency calls (preferred but not required)
Location:
- Based in San Diego County
- Travel to job sites required; company vehicle may be provided for the right candidate
